Hello all.

I stumbled upon this website actually looking for “333″ info, but like most of you I have been seeing 222 everywhere, almost daily for about 6 years now.  I first noticed it on an interstate exit roadsign; the ones that tell you how far away restaurants and gas stations are.  There were three restaurants and they were each a distance of “2 mi”.  From then on it stuck and I notice 222 everywhere.

I notice it on license plates, the clock (I will wake up exactly at 2:22am sometimes), music players (turning the car on and the CD that was playing will resume at 2:22), signs, house addresses, television (a sports player with jersey number “22″ and another player standing next to him with “2″; or there was another account I was turning my head and just happened to glance for a second at the tv and this guys’ ski run time was 22.2 seconds), receipts, bills… the list goes on; I even hear people say it out loud: “Your total comes to two twent-two.”, “Please dial extension two two two.”

I did some research and stumbled upon a website: http://www.spiritual-path.com/numerology.htm and it reads, “222 – This is a sign of confirmation that you are on the right path, doing the right thing and going in the right direction.  Continue with this train of thought.”  So I accepted that theory as my answer to this 222 augury.  Every time I see it, it gives me comfort that I am headed in the right direction; I’m supposed to be wherever I am at when I see it.  When I notice that I don’t see it for awhile I get a little concerned that something’s not quite right in my life.

Well… that’s my story.  I’m glad to know there are other people out there that are in the same boat as me.

This probably doesn’t mean anything, I just think it is interesting.  The number 2 is represented in binary by 10, so repeat that three times and you have 101010.  If you convert that number, 101010, to decimal you get 42.  So why is this interesting?  If you google “the answer to life the universe and everything” the google calculator will return the number 42.

On the day following my mother’s cremation I awoke to view 2:22 digitally glowing green on a clock, but it wasn’t the only thing aglow. I thought nothing of this number except that when rolling over I saw a garage door light glowing green. I attempted to rationalize why this white light cover was glowing various intensities of green, almost like it was a blinking green light. My eyes were only inches away from the light, yet I assumed it was some sort of power indicator light. Later I learned that there was no indicator light and the single bulb inside this cover was white. While attempting to fall back asleep, a thought came to my mind that my mother’s warm ashes were all alone in the living room upstairs, resting in her favorite recliner. I thought then that I might light a memorial candle, but I couldn’t find any matches. Then, I remembered that I had her night light with a cover of an angel that she had by her bedside. I plugged this in an outlet next to her remains. I never again saw such lights, but the number 2:22 (the time when this green glowing light appeared) still haunts me. I don’t claim it to be my number, rather it is a number that clearly reminds me of her. Highway 222 was the road I traveled frequently to visit her. She was born November 22, 1926 (11.22.26) and again there appears a string of twos that follows the number 11. Exactly one year later from the day of her cremation, I sat in her favorite recliner that held her ashes for a night. I was working on my sister-in-law’s laptop computer. Again I witnessed something extraordinary. After cleaning up the cache, deleting the web browser history, removing deleted files, and setting up a new home page, I closed all the programs and clicked on the internet explorer icon to make sure things worked properly on the lap top, only to find a very peculiar “pop up” web page. It was my mother’s online obituary guestbook (Legacy). I closed it pretty quickly with my family sitting next to me, reset the home page to a different web site, closed the browser, and again clicked on the internet explorer icon. For a second time my mother’s online Legacy guestbook appeared. Before closing the browser this time, I decided to forward the web page to other family members with the explanation I’m giving here now. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t send, because mysteriously I was offline (a wireless disconnect). I checked the browser history and it was empty. I checked favorite places (bookmarks) and my mother’s guestbook wasn’t listed. And it was never the home page of any computer in the household, much less the laptop that I was cleaning up. There is no explanation readily available.  Perhaps electronics (digital clocks & computers) are merely a medium for Angels and those among them to communicate with us.  One thing is certain, these communications are about something bigger outside of ourselves, yet very near to us.

About a year ago I had my first 222 experience. I woke up one night, looked at the clock by my bedside and saw that it was 2:22. This continued to happen a few more times at night and I really started to think it was weird. Like others that have commented on this site – my experience with seeing 222 is ongoing. I see it primarily when I look at a clock at night or during the day or when I’m working out on my treadmill the time I happen to look down at is exactly 2:22 or 22:22. I tried for a really long time to figure out what it meant. First, I thought something was going to happen on February 22, or that something had happened on the 22nd of a month that affected me. I didn’t dwell too much on it, but the 222 number sightings have continued and I have also started to notice other numbers showing up frequently like 1111, 1212 and 444.

I can’t tell you how happy I was today when for the heck of it, I decided to Google the number 222 and found this site. I thought all along it was just a random occurrence, but now I know there are others out there with this same experience and with all the same questions I have had.

I basically learned that two’s can indicate when a major change is happening in your life primarily in work and business relationships. This made total sense to me now, because about a year ago I was pretty miserable in my work life and wanted to leave the company. However due to some circumstances with the company and my stake in the company, I felt I could not leave. About five months later I ended up leaving my job under circumstances at the time that seemed wrong, but now I realize it was meant to be. You have to know that this was a major deal to me and one I never expected to happen, but it was a necessary and good change and that is what the 222 was trying to tell me.

Further I learned that 222 is symbolic of flexibility, adaptability and rebirth. It is a signal that you may be in a time of intense growth or development…a time of changing directions or gaining new insight into a life direction. Wow – this is totally what is happening to me, as I have decided not to go back to corporate America, but rather to start out in a business of my own, doing work I am excited about and having fun at the same time. This truly is a time of rebirth, changing directions and development for me.

After reading all of this today, I continued looking into all the other number sequences I have been seeing and learned that the spirits use numbers to send us messages. In the past the spirits may have used animals or birds, but since numbers are so prevalent in our world today, that is why they are used. So I came across this website and it tries to explain the number 222 using numerology. You can visit it here and read up on it more yourself. The site describes how your relationships may be rocky or a big change may be taking place in your life; all being related to seeing the number 222. I just wanted to share my story and tell everyone how it sends a chill up my spine to read about this number. I started seeing 222 this year, it wasn’t long and I was seeing it everyday if not 2-3x a day. I’ll have weird urges to look down at the clock, with no intention or thoughts of seeing any type of number, but just wanting to look down, and I lie to you not I see 222 most of the time. After I started seeing it for a while, It soon tapered off into me seeing it once in a while. Now, I’m seeing it everyday again if not 2x a day, everyday. I’ll see it on the math problems at school, on the calculators, on the stop watches. Today, I even stopped the time on 2.22 and was shocked when i looked down at what time was being displayed.

The website that I gave earlier was stating that you might be going through some kind of change in your life or maybe having problems relationship wise. In fact I am having a lot of relationship problems at the moment: I’ve liked this boy for the longest time… he finally tells me he likes me as well and I see 222 that night while I’m talking to him – I went into the locker room to change for my gym class, while i was thinking of this boy, having this weird urge to take out my phone and look what time it is, and by golly it was 222. I was for sure that there was something significant about this number at this point. I can recall on two other occasions when I have thought of this boy and the number 222 has be brought to my attention out of no where. I also saw 11:11 the other night while I was on the phone with this guy, as he was telling me that he wanted nothing to do with me and after he had just said some really horrible things to me. I found this very odd. As he was saying all these mean things to me, I completely stopped listening to him to just look at the clock and it was 11:11. I wished that he would stop hurting me. I know that’s quite irrelavent to 222, but it all adds up in my story of seeing the number 222. I can’t explain why I see it, or why I look at the clock when I do. I’ll see it on web pages, myspaces especially. The numbers 222 will pop out of a date, even if the date reads: “2/12/2006″ I will pick out the three 2’s and they stick out like bubble letters in my head. It is such a weird and unexplained sensation.

I just think that seeing that number has something to do with your emotions and relationships. It all connects somehow, in some shape or form. I’m actually trying to piece it together like a puzzle and see if it adds up to, or somehow equals to something in my life at the moment. I read somewhere on a post that most who see it are atheist, which is really crazy because I so myself am one too, which i find a very big coincidence. I see 2:22am/pm frequently when i’m inclined to glance at the clock. I saw it tonight again, so i decided to look up the numerology on it (i’m not into numerology), but it’s happened too many times now, so i was curious.

What i didn’t expect was an entire community of those who see the number. If i start carving a mountain out of mashed potatoes soon, i’ll post again.

I exited out of it and tried it again and again and i came up with the same results everytime.

You know I’ve searched “222″ and numerology a couple times in the past and usually just found some random stuff about the ‘meaning’ of it, not so much actual experiences with it. Man do I have a whopper of an experience with it…….

I could actually write for days about it but I’ll try to launch a condensed version just to see what people think.

January 4, 1998.

I’m riding a ski lift in Colorado and I randomly look up and see that I’m riding up on lift Number 222. I look over and the first lift going down the other way is Number 98. For some reason it sticks with me, both of them (especially since new years had been like four days before and it was just turned 1998). Fast forward a couple weeks/months, I can’t remember and somehow I ended up doing the math……222 times 9 equals…what else? 1998!! Right then I felt like I was on to Something. I soon also realized that 1998 minus 222 equals 1776. Year of the revolution. I honestly felt like I was in the year of my own revolution. Several life changes that I’ll spare you with for now were taking place, but it really was a year of substantial change for me. Of course I saw it everywhere!

Union Peak, Montana

In western montana there is this random forest lookout, with spectacular views for a hundred miles in all directions, near where i was going to school at the time that I would often go to unwind, relax, and yes pray to God. (I’m not bound to a specific religion but I think he/she/it is out there) Number one on my prayers was to find a woman as I had no relationships at all with girls and it troubled me deeply. So I would go there and get on the roof of this place and pray. This was first in 1997 (ie before i encountered the Number) but also continued through 1999.

The Millenium is Coming

So as the millienium approached I saw the sequence of 1999 to 2000 as some sort of spectacular numerological sequence. I.e. 999 -> 000 meant SOMETHING. I saw this as far back as fall 1998, which in and of itself was just sort of a season of madness, divination and creativity for me. But so here comes December 1999, with me going to Union Peak still occasionally, and I go to this restaurant with my friend in western montana (where i’d been living for a couple years now mind you and the fact that I’d never even seen this place is to this day sort of odd to me). The restaurant is called the shack, but it has this side business/other name too. Cafe 222. (Because its street address is 222 something or other).

HER

I’m trying to stay vague so as to protect people’s privacy, but longstory short there is a hostess at this restaurant who catches my eye, later I end up seeing her around town randomly (all during December 1999 mind you). Eventually she asks me out for coffee! As we’re talking at coffee I ask where she’s from. She answers that she grew up in montana, out in a random part of the national forest. Where? about 2-3 miles from Union Peak! Where else right? My family is from out of state but the night before I leave to go home she agrees to be my girlfriend. And I go home for xmas and new years.

And 1999 turns into 2000……

I never could exactly tell her any of this. First of all too embarrased to reveal that I pray anyway, but all in all it is all sort of crazy. But I still think that I had a prophetic experience, based in large part on the number 222. So yeah, I’m with you folks. Does this make sense?

PS I’ve had other experiences with the number, but that remains the core experience.

Also, I highly recommend anyone interested in this thing go and rent the movie Pi (the math sign, not the american pie movie(s)). It is a good movie for anyone obsessed with numerology to see.
