Over the past few weeks the coincidences in my life have been piling up. The future is uncertain, but I’ve put all the pieces together into a choice that would make a beautiful closing chapter of a book.
I’m in love with someone. The night I learned of 222 was my first night hanging out with her and since then so many sightings are around her, so many coincidences involve her. She is like the yin to my yang. But her heart is caught up with the past, so as close as I’ve ever been… I’ve never been with her. A major reason is that she left for Italy on Monday. She’ll be gone for months.
Because she got back together with her ex (then ended it again not too much later) I started dating around a few weeks ago. I met a girl. She ended up being the first person to be my 222nd friend on FB. This girl also had the same initials (AAG) as my friend, the one I love.
We met, we got along, we started hanging out. I plan a nice date, and in planning I have a day where I had two 222 moments, and a series of coincidences that made me really feel like I needed to go on this date! The restaurant we ate at was across the street from a 222 address. But she tore her dress a little too high when she slipped on the ice so she had to leave early. We decided to meet up again last Saturday.
Saturday was also my last time to say goodbye to my friend before she left. My last chance to tell her how much she meant to me.
So Friday, before I left a store, I unknowingly put a 222 in my wallet (on a receipt). I head down the street for coffee and I run into an old friend. She is with her boyfriend (who also shares the same name as the woman I love). I found the receipt in my wallet the next morning and thought that maybe some time soon she’s going to have something good to say to me, something helpful (she always does). What’s really interesting is she moved just down the street from me a few weeks ago.
That night I pondered my choice. My friend will not be back for several months. This other girl was nice, we got along. Was the coincidences with her name and 222 a push for me to pursue some kind of relationship? Or should I wait… should I devote my time to other interests than those of the heart? Something was going to happen. The signs were all there. But what?
Saturday rolls around. My time with my friend saying goodbye was great. She wrote me a beautiful letter, we walked in the winter sun, we shared soup. When she left I took my last opportunity to kiss her. I said everything I wanted to. It didn’t hurt to say goodbye because I knew that her time away would change her so much I’d probably love her ten times more when she got back.
I never heard from my date. Not until 1:11 a.m. when I received a text from her sent while drunk and probably not remembering she was avoiding me. I don’t know for sure. Other than one text apologizing for last night and saying she was drunk and it was ‘brutal’ I have yet to hear another word. Bummer.
Well, I had my answer. The next few days had my head in a spin. I wasn’t disappointed by being blown off. I was just sad that the woman I love was leaving. I needed to talk to someone.
Remembering that person I bumped into Friday I thought I should ask her to help me. But the thing is we used to be lovers, in fact we were at two different points. It ended the last time awkwardly and I was hesitant how she felt. While I was on her FB hesitating if I should ask her for advice or I was just being silly I noticed a fortune cookie on the floor.
“Rely on long time friends to give you advice with your present question.” There it was. It was like my life had some cheesy writer behind it.
Right after I sent her the message I also sought out the help of a psychic. I wanted someone to help me decipher the signs, help me understand what is going on in my life. I Googled all the local psychics and found one right in the center of downtown, the most convenient to get to. It was at suite 222.
I talked to my friend down the street last night. I told her the story I wrote here. She was straight to the point when she told me.
“Go to Italy.”
It was strange that option never struck me before. I have been planning on going to Hawaii to go WWOOFing for the last few months (another choice I found through 222). That thought clouded the other option. I wasn’t set on Hawaii, I had even been doubting if it was really what I wanted to do.
It all fits. I can WWOOF in Italy, chase after the girl I love, and do everything I’ve wanted to do. It gets better. The friend I talked to toured Europe (primarily Italy) last summer. She speaks Italian. She has contacts.
It all fits. It all fits so well.
What we argued about next cuts to the very core of this phenomena. For me it feels like fate. It feels like something is divining a path for me, pulling the fog out of the way so I can realize my full potential. I feel guided.
She said it is only me. I am actively finding every coincidence and making meaning of it. I am doing it to ultimately get what I want. There is no curtain puller except time and my imagination.
I don’t think there’s that much of a difference. I believe in God, but in the vaguest notion. I am that I am. Chi. The Universal Will to Be. I believe this energy wants what I want. Because this thing is everything, it is me.
But 222 is inherently nothing. Benford’s Law shows that 1s and 2s combined are about 47.5% more likely to occur in a natural set of numbers than any other (1 is 30%, 2 is 17.5%, 3 is 12.5% (approx), http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Rozklad_benforda.svg). Think about this and it makes sense, strangely. I can leave this phenomena alone and consider it nothing more than rubbish and get on with my life.
But fortunately for me, it came at a time when I was looking for guidance. I was ready to rely on the Tao and release my will to the raging river of change. I was ready to dive headfirst into mystery.
I’m going to see the psychic on Friday. Now I feel like there’s nothing she’ll tell me I don’t already know. But maybe I’ll have a little more conviction than I otherwise would.
I’ll close with a scripture that resonates my story.

OK guys!
We are all searching for answers and there are so many things out there that are deceiving or misleading.
Trust me I know, this site has taken me down some crazy paths trying to figure it all out, lending my mind to things that I never had before, trust me when I say you don’t want to go there. I went through a complete life crisis and it is partially related to 222. Though, I was carried through it by God’s guiding Hand and my life has completely changed for the better because of it.

Without a doubt we are living in the end times, I don’t believe in the whole 2012 thing, it actually could come quite sooner, but it’s not the end of the world it’s the Rapture. This is what will shake the World.

Guys, there is only one truth, and that is Jesus.

You may be skeptical or have found evidence against Him, but it’s all Satan’s lies. He is the Master deceiver, the Author of lies.

Jesus (Our heavenly father (GOD), holy spirit, they are one) is the author of Love.

If you want to find a reason to not believe take your pick there are thousands, but if you seek HIM and want to find evidence of the reality of HIS truth, the ONLY TRUTH,
you can find that as well, you just need to take you blinders off.

Some things I have noticed about this site is that 222 seems to be contagious, you tell someone about it and they start seeing it all over to, could it be that it’s just a common number in society and once it has some significance in your life, you can’t help but notice it?

I still cannot shake it, though I pray for it to go away or have the understanding of it granted since, I’m the type of person who likes to have things all figured out. It’s not to say that it doesn’t have some sort of meaning…
I really don’t know, but all I know is that the BEST thing you can do is turn to Jesus, seek HIM because he is all that really matters!
Your soul is at stake.
Read the book of John in your bible, it pretty much lays it all out for you.

He will give you a peace and joy you never imagine you could experience if you just Trust in HIM!

I’ve been waking up at 3:33 am for a few years. Not until last week did I start to really give it alot of thought. I checked the bible and found many verses that were related to 3:33. Also found a community of people seeing 333. Alot of them also see 222 and 1111. I decided I would only ask God about it and plunged into seeking answers from God. I did not see 3:33 for a week and this morning I woke up and looked at the clock it was 2:22 not 3:33. I think I am on the right path asking God for the answer. I will continue to ask for God to help me find the meaning.

This post is inspired by another post regarding the subject of marriage between 222ers.  Earlier this evening my fiancee and I were talking on the subject of our birthdays both being on Sundays of this year. It was then that we realized there are 2 years, 2 months and 2 days that separate us in age.  Just out of curiosity, we Googled the meaning of 222 and found that there are  many people in this world that think there is a significance to this particular sequence of numbers. After visiting  several different sites, this particular one stood out since a very interesting subject seemed to pop out of the screen at both of us. This subject being, of course, marriage between 222ers. We could no longer contain our excitement and knew we had to share our story with the other members.

When we met, we were both at the lowest point in our lives… neither one of us looking for even a date, much less the love of our lives.  It did not take long to realize that we are practically one in the same person, and our whole lives seemed to have been spent in preparation for one another.  Our personalities matched perfectly, our likes and dislikes complimented each other exactly from the beginning.  Our feelings about life in general, even down to the way we express emotion or handle/react to situations are strangely familiar.  We finish each others’ sentences, say what the other is thinking, and know what the other is thinking or feeling with out saying one word. The latter sounds cliche, but  where many people claim to do that, we take it to a whole other level.

One or two of these things alone wouldn’t be that profound, but put them all together and it is uncanny.  When we finish each others’ thoughts, it isn’t your average run-of-the-mill subject matter.  I’m talking totally bizarre, off-the-wall, random thoughts.  This started from when we first met, and it is a constant occurance…as in at least a couple of times a day.

It is said that there is that one person put on this earth who is made for you alone… mine just happened to be put here 2 years, 2 months and 2 days after I was born.  We are to be married this summer.  After that, then there WILL be a marriage between 222ers. Even though we didn’t meet on 222mystery.com, we now have more of a reason to believe that we were meant to be than ever before.  The 222 mystery seems to help pinpoint the fact that our relationship is not based merely on coincidence and chance, but fate… something we already knew, but had nothing to underline our beliefs other than faith in God.

As an afterthought, I do realize there hasn’t  been a lot of 222 relevance to this post.  Tonight is the first night we’d heard of this phenomenon, and I have a strange feeling we may see a lot more of it from now on….

those were very good questions, what events are attached to your sightings ? and how do you feel about it? and i may add some more questions such as: do you wish to respond to the sightings? or you may just ignore them even though it keep on following you?  personally, i had some initial response by going back to God and read the bible after several weeks of becoming an atheist — it is in this period that the 222 sightings were frequent and urgent. now that i was able to recover my faith the sightings continue to appear and it is becoming more intense than the previous, but i had some surprising observations by seeing an equally intense 777 and 888 everywhere.  i had recall one of the sighters who posted that once there are changes being done in our part we will going to see another sequence of numbers in the future.

but the quest for 222 meaning continues.

back to the old testament times where the number 2 person has found  favor with God. let’s say Jacob, Jacob and Esau were twin children of Isaac and Rebbecca. the first one to come  out  from Rebbecca’s womb was Esau and the second was Jacob. Jacob won the favor and blessings of God. also Cain and Abel were brothers. Cain was the elder and the first born and Abel was second, again Abel won the favor of God. Abraham, before God revealed  him his calling to become the father of many nations, he was named Abram, therefore Abraham was his second name or number two. if i just try to figure it out 222 points us to the few chosen people who were greatly task by God for His purpose  and  received  enormous blessings. i recall one of the 222 sighters who posted that someone read over his destiny and told him “you are part of the 222″ even before he saw 222 everywhere about 1 year after that man told him. with that instances i can be sure
that it has something to do with our destiny. recently, i was able to see a horrifying 222′s as well as 22′s in three consecutive days, it’s unbelievable!  if i try to calculate it’ll have an average of 35 222′s and 25 22′s per day, it really shocks me.

I like a lot of you have been seeing 222 and then 22 a lot this year.  This was first followed by seeing 555 and 55 last year.   It’s  crazy how many times I’ve seen 22 and 222 this year and it would happen everywhere, from seeing the numbers scratched on a bathroom wall, on t-shirts, on football jerseys, uncountable times on clocks, on buses, on voice mails messages (time message left), emails (time email sent), and I’m sure  you get the idea.  As the sightings of the 2′s began to mount, I wondered if it was an Omen or some other warning, and I began to fear seeing that number.  I would avoid looking at clocks in the afternoon or early morning hours , but it was no use,  because I still would slip up and catch the number 2:22 or 12:22  on occasion and it would send a chill up my spine.  I knew I was afraid of the number for a while, because I would laugh nervously whenever I would see it.

I believe in God. I believe that he is the God of the bible, and also believe that if you pray in the name of Jesus, God will provide answers because the bible tells us that God is not the author of confusion.  I had been praying for several months now, but there was no answer provided to the mystery, so in vain I would search the internet and books, and still wind up even more confused.  However, I did not give up asking God for revelation to this mystery of the 2′s.  God answers prayers in his own time, if he choses to answer at all!!!   It is really up to him.   Well God finally provided the answer to me last night as I watched a replay of the  2008 Summer Olympics on Universal channel 4.4 last night.   Towards the end of the telecast they showed the women’s 4 X400 meter relay and told the story of a woman named Sanya Richards and how disappointing her Olympics had been.  She had been expected to win the gold in the 400 meters, but she blew her lead and wound up in third place for the bronze.  She was very, very sad on the podium becuase of the high expectations she had placed on herself.  It was also noted that she had slightly injured her hamstring during that third place finish, so for all intensive purposes it looked like Sanya was going to come home without a gold medal from the games.  Thankfully, she had one more event left, the women’s 4 X400 meter relay.  Sanya would be the fourth leg in the relay.  The U.S. was expected to face stiff competition in this race and that is exactly what happened.  By the time Sanya got the baton on the final lap of the race, the U.S. was at least 5  meters behind first place Russia.  However, Sanya would not be denied as she pushed through the pain of her injury and disappointing bronze medal performance and caught the Russian to win the gold for the U.S. 4 X 400 relay team.  Their time was the fastest time run in that event since 1993.  However, the thing that stood out was the number on Sanya’s  back as she celebrated with her teammates: 3222.

Yep, I was stunned, but unlike the times before I was not afraid.  The answer was given to me at that moment by the Creator.  The number means to me, that although I am now 41 years old, and considered by some to be far behind in the race of life because  I am not married,  I have not attained success in my career even though alot was expected from me.  I am also currently facing financial difficulties,  but God still is willing to push me to victory, if I can push through my own struggles and obstacles.  I was overwhelmed with that insight from God, and I praise His Mighty name for giving me this insight.   The only thing left for me to do is to follow through with the Wisdom that God has shown me.

In closing, I realize that the number will still mean different things to different people, but I just had to share what I now firmly believe that the number means to me.  I also am asking you to please continue to ask God for the meaning of 222 in your life,  and do not give up.  I have no doubt that in His time, the answer will be provided to you.  Thank  you for taking time out of your life to read my post, and may God bless you all.

Well, I’ve been getting this 222 sequences for months now, it’s been almost a year now i believe that I constantly getting this number. It’s not always 222, it’s sometimes 12:22 or 11:22 or 1:22. Hey, but it did catch my attention. I’ve found this site that said, angels are trying to tell me something and another website said that Spirit guide is trying to tell me something. I’ve found these just today and It makes much more sense than what I have done in the past. I went on google and search for the meanings in the bible. One that stood out to me the most wss “God detests men who lie but delight in men who tell the truth”. At the time, my relationship wasn’t going so well and perhaps, God was trying to tell me that hey he was lying to me, which turned out to be truth. He did lied to me about something really important. But now we worked it out.

And about the fact that “i’m on the right path and stick with this train of thought” is also true. I got accepted into a dental hygiene program in April and I will start this fall 08. I’m pretty proud of myself. I’m doing great in school and getting A’s in class. I don’t know but I think this is my niche. I feel strongly about where I’m going. One that I’m not sure about is, does God or spirit guide or angels what not, are trying to tell me that maybe this 5 years relationship is not right for me? Maybe i’m getting what I was asking for. I asked God to help me forget this man. But it seems like I can never do it nor can i succeed. I love him too much even though we are a thousand miles apart…somehow it’s hard for both of us to move on. Maybe the angels are right, I need to be “patience” and “think positive”.
