FIRST OFF I WAS BORN AT 2:22 PM AND FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS I SEEM TO CATCH THE CLOCK EITHER IN MY CAR OR MY CELL AT 2:22 PM THIS HAPPENS A LOT! WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?

On Thursday I was on my way home at around 1am when I saw the number 222 stenciled across a stationed train at the E subway stop on 34th street in New York City.

Then on Saturday I was on my way out of the house at around 3pm when Yari spotted it on a car, you can see the photos here:

I’m not a superstitious person, or even really a religious person, and i probably would have laughed if i saw this website a few years ago. but i was haunted by this number too; around October of ‘05 my wife found out she was pregnant with our first child and its about that time i started noticing that the number was popping up everywhere. prices of little snacks i would buy, telephone numbers, mileage on the car, and i would look at the clock at just about 2:22 every day for random reasons. Of course i just blew it off, until I was talking to my mother a couple of months later and she told me that she kept seeing the number 222. The closer it got to my wifes due date (the 22nd), the more I saw the number. as a matter of fact one week before my son was born (2 weeks early) i was doing a monthly inspection at work and wrote down all the meters on the plant, and when i was done, every single one of them had 222 in there and it was very obvious. after my son was born i stopped seeing the number frequently and kind of let it go. then a few weeks ago it started showing up a lot again. i started getting stuck behind bus 222 every morning on my way to work, the clock in the office at work died at 2:22 (and still hasn’t been fixed), and lots of other little things. and then two days ago, my close friend called me and told me that she just found out that day she was pregnant! of course I checked back later that day and she had called me at exactly 2:22 in the afternoon and we talked for 22 minutes.
Why does this number keep showing itself when there are children coming? is it some kind of blessing or warning? i would love to hear other peoples stories on the matter.
