The meaning of 222Posted by Jaguarpt
I have a book called “Healing with Angels” and they try to communicate this way through numbers and for 222 it says – Your newly planned ideas are beginning to grow into reality. Keep watering and nurturing them, and soon they will push through the soil so you can see evidence of your manifestation. In other words, don’t quit 5 minutes before the miracle. Your manifestation is soon going to be evident to you, so keep up the good work! Keep holding positive thoughts, keep affirming, and continue visualizing.

For the last month, I have been seeing the number 222. I am very spiritual and have been familiar with spirits sending numbers as messages. I kept finding dimes and I would constantly see 222. I couldn’t figure out exactly what it was. Then at 2:22 p.m. I found out that my dearest girl friend, Danica had died in an off-road racing accident. I was sick to my stomach, however, the number keeps appearing. Through her death, I have met new people and learned that in the wake of a tragedy, you find out who your real friends are. I have gone through a clensing this past week, eliminating the negative people around me. Today at work I saw the number 222 on a product I was stocking on the shelf. A part of me think it is Danica trying to tell me something. My mom thinks its her trying to lead me on the right path. I believe it is too. I miss Danica so much but I know she is watching over me.

Seeing 222…..Posted by XlissyX
Well my story of 222 began back in 2009. I was having trouble with my B/F he was getting cold feet about wanting a long term relationship. He wanted to see other people which upset me so I broke it off and was really upset. The very next day I started seeing the number 222 so, me believing in angel messages went online and looked up what it could mean to me. and found this: “Have faith. Everything’s going to be all right. Don’t worry about anything, as this situation is resolving itself beautifully for everyone involved”. At that point I knew my angel who by the way is my late grandmother was with me and reassuring me things would work out.
So, I went about my life still missing the B/F but trusting that my angel was right sending me the 222. Because that April I went on a trip to Florida to see my sister and go to Disney for the first time ever. Anyway, on that trip my luggage got lost and I was upset. The airline told me that I would have it back the next day but that didn’t make me any less upset. Now as we were driving to Disney I saw a billboard for the powerball and the amount of the powerball jackpot was 222 and my sister said omg G-ma is letting you know you will have your luggage and everything is going to be alright and sure enough my luggage was waiting for me at the hotel the next day. Trip went great.
Now I came back home and was still upset that I had to break things off the B/F but kept seeing the 222 which I then told myself ok G-ma wants me to know things arent over with him. And sure enough in July of 2009 he came to me and told me he was sorry and that he wants only me and that he wants a ltr with me and we have been together for over a yr now and doing great.
I still see the 222 and so does he and he now agrees that we are both being looked out for and that any situation we are worried about will work out just fine.
Not sure the meaning is the same for others as it is for me but it might just be who knows right???

at a fork in the roadPosted by owtowtowt
All I can say that this started approx one month ago for me. I have been in a self destructive place that has been snowballing. A part of me believes something is trying to message me before I completely self destruct. 222 is the most prevalent for me, however i also see 333 & 444. 222 definitely a daily basis. I don’t intend at all to come off as superstitious or fanatical, but throughout my life I have had strange and unexplainable occurrences in my life, some enlightening and some frightening. I hope if this is not just a coincidence that it is something positive. I must get out of this dark place I have sent myself and back into the light, before its to late. God help me!!!

Been seeing this for years… don’t think it has any meaning…Posted by wuthefwasthat
I’ve been seeing 222 and 2222 for years, but I don’t think anything of it. I really think it’s just a phenomenon caused by
(1.) always noticing it (after all, if you’re at this website, you’re probably in the top 1% of people in the world at noticing numbers as substrings.), and
(2.) seeing lots of numbers in every day life.
I mentioned this to my sister at some point, and she started seeing 222 too. I suspect many of us got started on this by seeing the 222 a few times in short succession (or perhaps the time 22:22), and then kept noticing it thereafter.
Regarding the second point:
I’d think that we see hundreds of random-ish three digit numbers every day. Every thousand of these will be a 222.
Think about it – each 7 digit phone number is 5 chances to see a three digit string. There are tons of miscellaneous random-ish numbers scattered about everyday life, including bar code numbers, credit card numbers, house numbers, zip codes, license plate numbers, etc…
Plus, tons of numbers are skewed towards smaller digits. For example, room numbers are much more likely to be 222 than other 3-digit numbers. The time is much more likely to be 2:22 or 12:22 than 9:99. Days for dates only go up to 31. Prices (menus, receipts, etc) probably also are skewed towards smaller digits.
Given all this, it wouldn’t be at all surprising if we saw variants of the number 222 or 2,222 once or twice a day.
By the way, my word count for this post just now was 222. =D. (Oh, and word count is clearly the sort of distribution that would be skewed towards smaller digits, too)

I am a 46 year old mother and wife. I have been seeing the 222 for about the last 10 years. It’s everywhere I go. I wake up at 2:22am, my gas tanks reads 222 miles, a sign in a store 2 for 22. It’s all the time and I always say to whoever will listen OMG there’s 222 again. They laugh and say “better play those numbers” It happens so frequent that I need to know the meaning behind it. I am not a religous person at all. I do think about the year 2012 alot and wonder if it is true. After reading other posts I get more nervous about the meaning of 222.
