First, traffic to our website is at its all time high. We have received over 2000 visits this past month, from July 26 – Aug 26 2009. That means that now more than ever people are searching for the meaning of 222. Second, late afternoon yesterday I was talking to a friend about my 222 site, he had never heard about it. As we were looking at the stats, we saw that a lot of people that were coming to the site used the keyword “angel” to get here. His name is actually Angel, that is why I pointed that statistic out. He was a bit alarmed by everything, by the number, and by the fact that we are getting so much traffic. Immediately after this the office phone made a weird beeping noise, something it never does. Right after that, we heard someone blowing into the phone, as if they were testing it. This was truly weird because no one ever tests our phone, plus it would have had to be put on speakerphone for us to hear a voice…yes it was very spooky. Angel and I were very spooked out, has this ever happened to any of you? I immediately picked up the phone and hung it up and the voice didn’t come back.
Finally, I have actually been seeing 222 a lot myself. Just today I saw that our site has 222 members and that we collaboratively have put in 222 tags into our blog posts (see screenshot below). Also, I was recently adding a plugin to a site and noticed it was version 2.2.2. of it (also see screenshot below).
Are any of you experiencing more frequent sightings?
Yet again, I saw 2222, so I wanted to immediately share this, please see the screenshot below. I agree with Covey69 (see previous post), a questionnaire would be great, it’s part of the greater plan of the site, having profiles for users with questions, and a graph that can help us analyze that info. My main delay in setting this up is time and resources, if anyone wants to offer their help with integrating plugins into our Wordpress blog, I’m open to collaborating.
Hello everyone! Here is my latest 222 sighting in a movie. I was watching The Game Plan with Dwayne Johnson, aka “The Rock” and was checking out the blooper reel when I spotted “22222!”
It’s very rare that I see these many twos, I also just saw that someone recently commented on a post and mentioned seeing the number two five times. I wonder how common this is, maybe we should start tracking this too. Anyways, here is my screenshot, enjoy!
Hello! I hope everyone is doing great. I want to quickly note that the activity on the site continues to explode, we currently have 2-3 new bloggers signing up every day!
I wanted to quickly share something with everyone, I was just about to review my ebill for my cellphone with Sprint, had been procrastinating to pay it, so when I finally saw it, I laughed and thought, I need to post this now. Here in New York, we’ve been having a strange summer. It rained all of June, usually we’re experiencing heat waves during this time of the year. But it has finally gotten warmer, which I’m very happy about. Now that I’m out more, enjoying the sunny weather, I’ve seen a surge in my 222 sightings, and have been dutifully photographing them. I was in Costa Rica about 3 weeks ago and was amazed by how many times I saw the number 222, it was everywhere! I was able to take several photos of the sightings, here is one of those photos, I will post more in the coming days:
