222 makes you believePosted by 222 Admin
I, too, have been seeing the number 222 for about 13 years now. My friends always make fun of me, so I play along as if it’s my subconscious mind directing me to see it. But, I will wake up in the middle of the night and look at the clock, and of course, it’s 2:22. I’ll sit next to someone on the train and look down at their book, they are on page 222. I’ll be on a corner downtown, and a truck drove by with nothing but the numbers 222. While watching t.v., my DVD player read 2:22. I switched the channel and the news was on, it was sports highlights of a hockey game, the time remaining on the clock was, 2:22. My best friend and her husband tell me that i want to see it, that’s why it happens. Then one day a few summers ago, she came over. When we left to go to lunch, we got in her car, only to notice that her digital clock on the dashboard said it was 2:22. I pointed it out to her, and she laughed. I laughed too, but then noticed some construction guys across the street pushing two yellow boxes and a yellow cooler. I said ok, it may be a coincidence, but look at those construction guys. When she looked over, she sat there staring, and finally said, okay, now that is weird. The only print on the boxes and coolers were, you guessed it, 222. Sometimes I feel like I’m losing my mind, or that I am maybe crazy already, but I can’t figure it out. Perhaps the subconscious mind is amazing and somehow directs us to see certain things, I don’t know the answer either. I’ve also noticed that I see that number a lot on forensic shows, whether it’s room numbers in the background, a timer stopping at 2:22, or a clock in the background. I’ve seen it on those shows at least 5 or 6 times. What’s the hell is wrong with us?

Everyone relates to 222Posted by 222 Admin
Hello there, I just wanted to let you know that I am in the same boat with the number 222. It started out with a kind of funny story. I was talking with a few of my friends about how much each other weighed, and one of them said 222 pounds, and I chimed in and said that that was the number in my address, and my other friend said that was how much her drinking ticket cost from the other weekend (haha).
Anyways, I thought the situation was an everyday coincidence, but now, 222 has started to pop up everywhere in my life. I was telling one of my friends about it and we were watching baseball, the next player that went up to bat had a stat at the bottom of the screen, which was a batting average of .222. He was a little freaked out. Then I was telling another friend about it while I was driving him home and noticed that the fuel remaining gauge on my car was getting close to 222, so I said that it would probably be right at 222 when we pulled up to his house. I was wrong. The second I said that we were looking at it and it jumped down about 4 miles (it never does that) right to 222. He was freaked out. I am getting used to it. I always see the time 2:22, and I am not looking for it.
I see it on billboards, license plates, etc. I am a student studying accounting, so I might pay more attention to numbers than the average person. But, once again, I am not looking around intentionally for this number, it is always there. I have come up with two possible explanations, both could be totally wrong. First of all, I was thinking that something big (good or bad) might happen on February 22nd (2/22). Maybe this year, maybe not… maybe in the year 2022. Another idea for my personal case is that I am 22, and I turn 22 and 2 months on March 6th. With the same way of thinking, something big (good or bad) might happen on this date. It has been about a year that this number has been very familiar in my day-to-day life, and I am curious to hear other people’s stories.

222 conflict?Posted by 222 Admin
I’ve seen the number at least once everyday for about the past four years. I started looking into it and found that there are way too many meanings to the number to even make any sense. The number 2 means conflict, balance, or a union between man and woman, it goes on and on. I just wonder if at some point I will glance at a clock and it will be 2:23 instead. Definitely makes ya wonder.

222 from beyond?Posted by 222 Admin
I have an interesting story that I would like to share with you and the website. My father always talked about how 222 is his lucky number. Everywhere, everyday he would see 222 in both ordinary and odd places. We all witnessed it. If he got a fishing license, it would be number 222. If he bought something the receipt was 222 and so on. We all acknowledged that 222 seemed to be “attracted” to him. It did not give any of us a good or a bad feeling, just took it for what it was.
My dad later on down the road had depression issues and in 2003 took his life. He left on a road trip and along the way recorded messages on a tape recorder for the family. The day of, as he was pulled to the side of the road, he was recording his final messages just before he was to complete his suicide. He said his goodbyes and looked at the clock to find that it was 2:22. He said a last goodbye and kind of chuckled as he had not planned to do the deed at any particular time. Since 2003 his 222 has been passed on to my mom and I. It has come up in so many crazy ways. I tell you not really caring if you believe me or not, but to share because it amazes me.-Shortly after it happened my mom would get into her car and right after she would start the engine her clock on the radio would flash 2:22 then go back to the real time.-One day before driving to an appointment 50 miles away my pager went off and the number on the screen read 222-2222. I stared at my pager for a bit and decided to try to call it after I stopped crying. Of course the number was not a working number no matter what area code I tried to put in with it. I waited a while before leaving and was late to my appointment, but heard later on the radio that a semi carrying sheet metal overturned and caused an accident on the road I would have been traveling on.-When I bought my first drink on my 21st birthday there was a special on the drink I ordered and with tax it came to $2.22 (I thought it was nice of him to say Happy Birthday). There have been so many times that 222 has popped up in such a way that I know he has something to do with it that I no longer question it, I just take it for what it is and smile. Thanks for listening.

222 many coincidences?Posted by 222 Admin
I have had some connection with the number “222″.The number has surrounded me for a very long time, longer than I probably even realize. In the past few years have I come to realize that this number actually has been a big part of my life. I first started noticing it, as I’m guessing most other people have, by it’s appearance on clocks. I’ve never checked the time often. I maybe look at a clock three times a day. And of course, two of those times the clock will read “2:22″. I never look at the clock intending to see the number, nor do I even intend on looking at a clock. But one way or another, by some chance I will see a clock, and the time will be 2:22. This of course can only happen twice a day.
Other than this, I’ve seen it in phone numbers, billboards, room numbers, and many other various things.
After seeing this number constantly for the last few years, I started to think, “Has it always been with me?”I started to try and remember my childhood, and I found it some places there too. One big example was the bus I rode to school for most of my grade school time. That bus number being of course 222.
Of course, most people say it’s all psychological, and I only think that I’m seeing it more than other numbers. But, as I’m sure you would agree, it’s something more than that.At least, it is a very big coincidence.
I think recently it has become more frequent that I’ve seen the number.
It’s very strange, and although I think it’s even stranger now that I know it has affected other people, I also find it comforting.

222 on the brinkPosted by 222 Admin
I started seeing this number 20 years ago in college. I used to wake up at 2:22 in the morning every night and I started noticing that. Then I started seeing it everywhere. It continues to this day…I join a road race, I get 222 as my number…I see it over and over to the point of craziness. I got a receipt the other day and I knew it would be #222 and it was. Some of the stories are so crazy they are not to be believed. I had a party recently and randomly picked items off the menu at a Japanese restaurant. My total without me having any idea what I was spending came to $222.

More than a number???Posted by 222 Admin
I’m a 31 year old living in Cambridge, England and have been noticing this number for perhaps 15 years. I never knew other people were also aware of it! How interesting!
I have always found the occurrence of the number at random moments in my life strangely comforting, as it seems to point to some kind of alternative otherworldly reality. It’s like the number is trying to communicate something – trying to remind me of something I once knew. I sometimes wake up in the dead of the night and simply know it’s 2:22am. I check my clock and yes it is. Weird.
One day maybe we will work out what this number means. In the meantime it is good to know I am not the only person in the world whose life is being touched by this experience. Maybe we are all mad, who knows!

“Tripledeuce”?Posted by 222 Admin
I’ve been seeing this set of numbers since I can remember. I always called it “Tripledeuce” It is my favorite number and when I saw your site I nearly freaked! LOL I see that number everywhere I go on all sorts of things from pages in a book, the time, room numbers to license plates. It sticks out to me for some reason. I also had a period in my life where I woke up, at least 4 times in one week at 2:22am exactly. That’s when I knew this was no coincidence. Also after my daughter’s mother and I split up she told me that her and her sisters ALWAYS kept seeing 222 all over the place and they thought of me because I was always talking about it.
